Non-Technical Skills

Aside from strictly technical roles I have developed many interpersonal communication skills in a variety of areas.

  • Communicator: I have been in customer service for over 5 years. Customers both external and internal to organizations
  • Instructor: I have taught karate to 3-year-olds through adults for 6 years and was a peer tutor in college for 3 years
  • Mentor: I’ve been a mentor to my high school robotics team and to my karate students. Providing both professional and personal advise
  • Leadership: I’ve been in a position of leadership since high school. Whether that’s Robotics Program Manager, Volunteer Coordinator, Tutoring Co-Coordinator, Senior Instructor, TPM, and now Co-Lead of the ETFCG program with over 300 members. Many of these positions I’ve been elected/appointed to by peers
